SBIF Muskaan 2025: Empowering India’s Children, One Project at a Time

Every child deserves a safe childhood, a nurturing environment, and a future filled with promise. Recognizing this, the SBI Foundation has launched the SBIF Muskaan 2025 Grants, calling on committed nonprofits to lead transformative projects in child development across India.

Three Key Focus Areas:

  1. Adoption of Child Care Institutions (CCIs)
    Support and strengthen government-registered CCIs or those approved by the Child Welfare Committee.
    Preferred States: Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar
    Grant: ₹25 lakhs – ₹2 crore

  2. Model Anganwadi cum Creches (AWCCs)
    Bring early childhood care to informal workplaces, remote villages, and urban slums.
    Preferred States: Jharkhand, Odisha, Telangana
    Grant: Up to ₹2 crore (for 4 centres)

  3. Combating Child Sexual Abuse
    Raise awareness, offer counselling and legal support to protect vulnerable children.
    Preferred States: Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh
    Grant: Up to ₹1 crore

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Registered nonprofit in India (Trust/Society/Section 8 Company)

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

  • Annual revenue of ₹2 crore+ (for smaller proposals), ₹5 crore+ (for larger ones)
