Healing Beyond Boundaries: Funding Mental Health for the Marginalized
In a world where mental health remains a silent struggle, Mariwala Health Initiative (MHI) is amplifying the voices that often go unheard.
With its open grant call, MHI is looking to support bold, community-rooted mental health initiatives—particularly those led by and for marginalized communities. From survivors of climate crises to youth at risk of suicide, from underrepresented regions to unheard voices, this funding is for those reimagining well-being through empathy, equity, and innovation.
Whether your work centers on awareness, community training, counseling services, or creating referral systems, MHI believes in building a mental health ecosystem that’s inclusive, stigma-free, and accessible to all.
Special focus areas:
Suicide prevention
Mental health & climate change
Holistic community wellness
Collectives without existing institutional funding
Priority regions: Northeast India, Bihar, Jharkhand, Jammu & Kashmir
Less priority: Maharashtra, West Bengal, Karnataka
